All payments made through this platform are subject to verification and approval by Abans Finance PLC and the relevant card-issuing bank. Payments that are declined or reversed by the bank will be considered unpaid and may result in additional charges, interest or recovery action in line with your facility agreement.

Abans Finance PLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical issues, interruptions in service, or errors caused by third party payment processors, provided that we have exercised reasonable care and diligence.
